Meet Allison Minutillo
“It all started on a stage. In seventh grade, after a play audition, I came home and told my mom, ‘They want me to be Peter Pan!’ Her response? ‘Wait… you can sing?!’ The rest was history.
From that moment on, I lived and breathed theater—learning how to command a room, feed off energy, read the nuances of body language, and listen for cues no one else could hear. That experience was electric, and I was hooked. What I didn’t know then was that I wasn’t just learning to perform—I was learning to lead.
In business, I applied those same instincts—navigating high-stakes conversations, cutting through complexity, and bringing people together in ways that others couldn’t. I became the person who could see the unseen, connect the disconnected, and create alignment where there was none. My ability to read a room wasn’t just a skill—it became my superpower.
After years as a marketing agency executive, leading teams and driving business transformation as President & COO of Rebel Interactive Group (now The Rebellion Group) and CMO of Primacy, I knew my next stage was something bigger. I founded Maestra to do what I was meant to do—conduct conversations that unlock potential, energize teams, and drive action.
Now, I lead dynamic, high-impact workshops where businesses and leaders experience true transformation. These sessions aren’t just meetings—they’re moments.
